DEPOSIT FEE POLICY

We love making personalized and custom pieces for our customers, however since these are custom to you - we require a 25% non-refundable deposit prior to beginning the project. 

Large Orders: If you have a large order, you may be asked to put up to a 50% non-refundable deposit down.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

When will I receive my order?

Pre-Designed Purchases: All purchases will be shipped within 3-5 business days DEPENDANT on inventory. If we do not have a particular item in stock - you will receive an email with an updated timeframe. When items are shipped, you will also receive a tracking number.

Custom Purchases: Since we make these to order based off your imagination - the timeframe for shipping is 7-14 business days DEPENDANT on inventory. If we do not have a particular item in stock - you will receive an email with an updated timeframe. When items are shipped, you will also receive a tracking number.

Large Orders: Please contact for specific timeframes.

International Deliveries vary based on customs. 

RETURN POLICY

Pre-Designed Purchases:

If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your purchase, please reach out to us and let us know. We want to help make things right - whether it be a refund or an exchange. 

Custom Purchases:

Since these purchase are designed specifically for you - we do not accept refunds or exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with the product on our part - we will work with you to make sure we can resolve the issue. 

You must contact us within 7 business days for a full refund (not including any shipping fees) or exchange. We are not responsible for the return shipping fee unless it is a product defect.
